By purchasing or using any Astrology Academy service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Services
Astrology Academy provides astrological consultation services, including but not limited to: subscription memberships, Lucky Charts (annual personalized timing reports), and private one-on-one readings with Jody Williams.
Entertainment & Educational Purposes
All astrology services provided by Astrology Academy are for entertainment and educational purposes only. Astrology is not a scientifically validated system. Results and interpretations are subjective and should not be relied upon as professional financial, medical, or legal advice.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase services from Astrology Academy. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access through the end of the period for which you have already paid. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining billing period.
Refunds
- Subscriptions: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
- Lucky Charts: Once your personalized Lucky Charts have been delivered, this service is non-refundable.
- Private Readings: Once your reading session has been completed, this service is non-refundable.
- Errors on our part: If Jody Williams makes a factual error in your reading or chart (e.g., incorrect birth data used), a credit toward future services will be issued at our discretion.
Lucky Charts Delivery
Lucky Charts are delivered digitally following payment. Delivery typically begins within 5 business days of purchase. You will receive daily charts via email for a 12-month period following purchase.
Private Readings
Each private reading session includes one hour of consultation with Jody Williams, plus 1 month of Lucky Charts and 1 month of Premium membership. Scheduling is coordinated via email at astrologyacademyemail@proton.me.
Right to Refuse Service
Astrology Academy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any lawful reason. If we decline to provide services, any payments already made will be refunded in full.
Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate birth information (date, time, city). Astrology Academy is not responsible for charts calculated using incorrect information provided by the customer.
